How your treatment prices are displayed
Your prices are displayed as starting prices on your LumyIQ profile and in client scan results. We always show prices as “from” figures and include a disclaimer that clients should confirm exact pricing at consultation. You control your prices from your dashboard and can update them at any time. Choosing “price on consultation” is always available if you prefer not to display a price.
Frequently asked questions
How does the free trial work?
Your first three months are completely free. Simply sign up, complete your profile, and start appearing in client scan results straight away. Cancel any time from your dashboard.
How does the 20% annual discount work?
Instead of paying £99 each month, you pay £950 upfront for the full year — saving £238 compared to monthly billing. Your Founding Partner access and all future features are included for the full 12 months.
Can I cancel during the trial?
Yes, at any time. Contact fahmida@lumyiq.com or cancel directly from your dashboard and your trial will end with nothing to pay.
What happens when new features launch?
Every feature in our development roadmap is included in your Founding Partner Plan at no extra cost. You will never be moved to a higher tier or asked to pay more for features we add.
What is my commitment after the trial?
Monthly subscribers can cancel any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month. Annual subscribers are billed for the full year upfront and are not entitled to a partial refund if they cancel early, except where required by law.
I have more than one location or practitioner. Can I add them?
Multi-seat and multi-location management is currently in development and will be released to all Founding Partners. Contact fahmida@lumyiq.com to discuss your situation in the meantime.
